Commercial heating installations, boiler plant, distribution pipework, zoning and controls for offices, schools, healthcare, retail and industrial buildings. Designed around the building, balanced before it is handed over.

Wall hung and floor standing condensing boilers in cascade, low loss headers, dosing pots, pressurisation and safe gas or oil service, arranged so the plant can actually be maintained.
Primary and secondary distribution in carbon steel, copper or press fit, insulated and identified, with commissioning sets where the system needs to be balanced.
Zone valves, differential pressure control, weather compensation and BMS interfaces, so the building heats what is occupied instead of everything at once.
Phased boiler and pump replacements with temporary provision where the building cannot lose heat, planned around term dates, trading hours or shutdown weeks.
Usually yes, with planning. On a cascade there is often enough redundancy to work on one boiler at a time. Where there is not, the honest options are temporary boiler hire, working through a shutdown period, or accepting a defined loss of heating for a fixed window. We would rather set that out at quotation stage than discover it on week two.
Yes, gas service pipework, isolation and the associated safety devices are part of the plant room package. Anything requiring a registered gas installer is carried out by a suitably registered operative and certified accordingly.
Yes, and it is a condition of us signing the job off. An unbalanced system is where most complaints about a new heating installation come from: rooms nearest the plant cook, rooms at the end never get there, and the boiler short cycles. Commissioning sets go in at installation stage precisely so the balancing can be done properly and recorded.
We do. Chilled water distribution, plate heat exchangers, buffer vessels and process pipework use the same skills and the same fabrication. Tell us what the system serves and we will tell you whether it is squarely in our lane.
Yes, and it is a common request. We would want to survey it first, because taking on a system means taking on whatever is wrong with it. A short condition survey up front gives both of us a fair starting point and usually pays for itself in the first year.
Based in Dublin and working across the city and the surrounding counties most weeks, so getting out to look at a building is rarely more than a few days away. Work further into Leinster is no problem for the right project.
