Hot and cold water services, drainage, sanitary ware and above ground pipework for commercial and industrial buildings across Dublin and Leinster. Installed, pressure tested and handed over with the records to match.

Incoming mains, boosted cold water sets, calorifiers, distribution and dead leg free branch runs, sized for the actual demand of the building rather than a rule of thumb.
Soil, waste and vent installations in HDPE, cast iron and PVC, set out around the structure and access, and air tested before anything gets boxed in.
Wash troughs, WCs, urinals, showers, drinking water points and cleaners sinks, fitted to the drawings and left protected until handover.
Pressure testing, flushing, chlorination and sampling on the water services, with certification issued as part of the close out pack.
Yes. A good part of the plumbing work we do is inside occupied offices, schools, retail units and healthcare buildings, where the water can only go off at agreed times and the works have to be handed back clean every evening. That means the sequence, the isolation points and the temporary provision are agreed with the building manager before anything is cut into, not on the morning of the job.
Copper, carbon steel, stainless, press fit systems and plastic pressure pipe, depending on the service, the specification and how much disruption the building can take. Press fit is often the honest answer inside a live building because it takes hot works out of the equation; welded carbon steel is still the right call on larger heating and chilled water distribution.
Yes. We are often engaged for the plumbing and drainage package alongside another contractor handling the heating or ventilation, and we work to the main contractor programme the same way either way. We can equally take the full mechanical package if that is simpler to manage.
Yes. Test certificates, chlorination certificates, valve schedules and marked up as-built information are part of what we hand over. It is a good deal easier to produce as the works go in than to reconstruct at the end, so we build it as we go.
We do, mainly for clients whose buildings we already know. Leak repairs, failed valves, blocked branches and failed booster sets are the usual calls. If you are looking purely for a call out service with no installation relationship, say so at the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Based in Dublin and working across the city and the surrounding counties most weeks, so getting out to look at a building is rarely more than a few days away. Work further into Leinster is no problem for the right project.
